The North Hills NCPC accomplishes its work through a steering committee. The steering committee meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. Meetings are normally held at the Highlands Country Club clubhouse, 110 Hiller Drive, in the North Oakland Hills.
Every quarter, the steering committee plans a meeting to which a speaker is invited. Speakers are chosen for their ability to contribute to the education of North Hills residents on crime related topics. In the past we have had speakers from the Oakland Police Department, the City of Oakland's Neighborhood Services Division, representatives from the Oakland City Council and community leaders.
